What are Store Credits?
Store Credits are a special type of currency that you can use as a payment method in our online store. When you log in with your customer account, your store credit balance will be available for you to apply at checkout.
How to earn Store Credits:
Earning Store Credits is easy! We issue Store Credits to your account as rewards, gifts, or part of our special promotions. Once you have Store Credits, you'll see them in your account, ready to use.
Using Store Credits.
Using your Store Credits is simple:
- Log In: Make sure you’re logged into your customer account.
- Shop: Add your favorite items to your cart.
- Checkout: At checkout, you’ll see your Store Credit balance. Just select “Apply Store Credit” to use your credits for your purchase.
Please note, Store Credits can be used only on our online store. Also, Store Credits must be used in full; you can't apply a partial amount.
Important Considerations!
- Availability: Store Credits are available only on our online store.
- Non-Transferable: They can't be used for draft orders, edited orders or B2B orders.
- Currency: If you have Store Credits in multiple currencies, only the balance matching your checkout currency will display.
Expiration Dates:
Store Credits may come with an expiration date. Make sure to use them before they expire to get the most out of your rewards. We’ll notify you of any approaching expiration dates to ensure you never miss out.
Managing your Store Credits:
To see your Store Credit balance and transaction history, simply log into your customer account and navigate to your account details. You’ll be able to view all your earned, spent, and expiring credits.
